What design software do you use?
We specialise in using Figma. Figma is the leading collaborative design tool for Design & Prototyping.
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
Professional UX talent is hard to find and is most often very expensive. If your business does not have the budget for this a great alternative is to only use UX services as needed. That is why we offer clients a more cost effective on demand option. See the pricing section for details.
What kind of tasks can I request?

Can cancel the work anyime?
Yes, but you may be charged for work already completed. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your design service.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
The cost of the work will be capped. So if we give you an estimate on a task or piece of work the price will be fixed. This means you can provide unlimited comments & revisions until you are 100% happy with the work.
